I've never seen a man to be so foolish, and dead serious. In his own words, he said :
"I have no fear of losing my life – if I have to save a koala or a crocodile or a kangaroo or a snake, mate, I will save it."
And then, you go "Crikey!". But, somehow, you believed the guy.
His unique animal instinct and very large passion designated him ambassador-at-large for all wildlife, which made us humans see that we, and not the animals, are the more dangerous creatures on the planet.
I've yet to come accross a snake in my path to find out if I learned anything at all from The Crocodile Hunter. But I know that I will never ever see my favorite Aussie, Steve Irwin , scuba diving in his bush jacket and khaki shorts again. Which is really kinda sad. For he died as he lived.
